Hey There,
I'm Thomas

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM) and New York state licensed acupuncturist (LAc).
I completed my Doctorate/Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. My clinical externships included the historic OnPointNYC, overdose prevention center, and the Yinova Center, a nationally renowned women's health and fertility acupuncture clinic.
Prior to my studies in eastern medicine, I trained in dance, performing and choreographing in DC and NYC and co-creating youth dance curriculum with Jacob's Pillow, DanceExchange and Gibney Dance.
I love dance... AND... felt called to find a way to connect my passion of movement and taking care of people.

As a professional dancer and athlete with personal experience in managing sports injuries, I offer a unique perspective on movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
I have trained in Trigger Point/ Sports Medicine acupuncture, electrical stimulation techniques for orthopedics and fertility, Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese Acupuncture, and Harm Reduction / Opioid overdose prevention.
Life led me to work with a Feng Shui designer and, soon after, front desk at an acupuncture clinic in Flatiron, igniting my curiosity and many, many more questions.
Ultimately, in 2019, I was wrongfully arrested which deepened my awareness to the injustices of our judicial system but also to profound value and power of this medicine. I instinctively turned to acupressure for grounding, and it truly helped.
My mission has and continues to be rooted in movement, youth, wellness literacy, social justice, informed care, and community empowerment and partnerships.
