Hey There,
I'm Thomas

editorial headshot_edited.jpg

I am a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM) and New York state licensed acupuncturist (LAc).

I earned my Doctorate/Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York. My clinical training includes the historic OnPointNYC, overdose prevention center, and the Yinova Center, a nationally renowned women's health and fertility clinic.

Prior to my studies in eastern medicine, I trained in dance, performing and choreographing in DC and NYC and co-creating youth dance curriculum with Jacob's Pillow, DanceExchange and Gibney Dance.

I have been called  to connect my passion of movement and taking care of people.

My work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to movement, healing, and caring for others. As a professional dancer and athlete who has navigated sports injuries firsthand, I bring a unique perspective to injury prevention, recovery, and performance health.

I have advanced training in Trigger Point and Sports Medicine Acupuncture, orthopedic and fertility-focused electrical stimulation, Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese Acupuncture, and harm reduction and opioid overdose prevention.

The Call.. well the loudest one.

I was wrongfully arrested in 2019, which deepened my understanding of both systemic injustice and the transformative power of this medicine. During that difficult time, I instinctively turned to acupressure for grounding and found meaningful relief—an experience that continues to inform my practice today.

My mission is grounded in movement, youth development, wellness literacy, social justice, informed care, and community empowerment.
