Your body needs resources to release.
What To Expect
You'll feel a slight grasp/pull from the cups. Some athletes have referred to it as an "octopus kiss"
Red, purple, or darker circular marks after cupping. These are temporary and can look similar to bruises. They are a normal skin response and usually fade on their own over several days.
The After Care
Rest. Eat. HYDRATE. Stay Layered.

Be mindful of being under air conditioning and drafts for the next 48 hours.
Keep a light layer over your neck and back.
