NADA Protocol / Auricular Acupuncture

Helping You Press Reset.

Supporting your body’s natural ability to relax, recover, and recharge.

What is It?

The NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) Protocol is a form of ear acupuncture that uses up to five tiny needles in specific points on each ear. It’s designed to support relaxation, stress management, and overall well-being.

Ear Seeds?

Ear seeds are tiny stainless-steel pellets placed on specific points of your ear.

They apply gentle, continuous pressure to those points—giving you a way to continue the calming effects

Does it Hurt?

Not usually! The needles are extremely thin, and you may feel a quick pinch or little bit of pressure when they’re placed. Most people experience very little discomfort.

And ear seeds are completely different—they’re tiny pellets attached to stickers, so there are no needles involved. You simply feel gentle pressure on the ear.

How To Prepare

Just bring yourself. You are enough.

Eat a light meal and hydrate.

What To Expect

Before we begin, you’ll use an alcohol wipe to clean your ears and prepare the area.

Then, tiny needles are placed at specific points on the surface of your ears. The process is quick and gentle.

As you relax, you may notice different sensations—like a feeling of heaviness, warmth around your ears, or your body beginning to settle down. Some people describe a sense of deep relaxation or simply feeling more calm.

The goal? Help your body slow down, reset, and relax.

The After Care

Rest. Eat. HYDRATE.

You might feel relaxed, floating, awake, alert, sleepy, hungry but most of all reset.

Most importantly: listen to your body.

You don’t need to push through just because you can.Take your time and take it easy and enjoy the healing.
